The Easter bunny is coming to visit us very soon! We will celebrate Easter with an Easter Egg Hunt and the children are already looking forward to being outside, trying to find the most eggs. There might even be a hidden golden egg!
National Library Week is April 7-11. I love to hear parents tell their children that they are going to the library. The public library was an important part of my life growing up. We attended story hour, movies, worked on art projects, and checked out hundreds of books over the span of my childhood as a weekly visit to the library was our routine. Here at Montessori & Music Daycare Center we always encourage parents to take their children to enjoy all that the library has to offer.
Did you know that we offer extra activity classes for the children in our care? For the primary age children, we offer soccer, acrobatics, and Spanish classes. These are special classes right here on campus that the children can enjoy weekly. In addition, we have music classes twice a week and gym classes daily starting at 15 months of age. As a Montessori daycare, we also use the Montessori Method each day in our classrooms, where the children learn and grow in preparation for life.
